What to Expect
The Computer User Support course provides training for technical assistance to computer system users, answers questions or resolves computer problems for clients in person, via telephone or from a remote location. This course also provides training for assistance in the use of hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems.

Hands on Experience
All students of New Reflections Technical Institute have the opportunity to experience hands-on learning. Our small class sizes provide a one-on-one experience that allows students to develop their schools while they learn. Students learn from instructors and their peers.
